Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Agnes Studio Publisher handles data when the operator uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to the operator's own channel.
1. Operator and scope
Agnes Studio Publisher is a private, first-party software tool operated by FengZhengFang, an individual developer in Guiyang, Guizhou, China. It is not available to the public, does not accept third-party users and is used only with the operator's own YouTube account and channel.
2. YouTube API Services
The client uses the YouTube Data API v3 and requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload OAuth scope. It uses this permission to upload an operator-selected video and its title, description, tags, category and privacy status.
Use of YouTube features is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Information processed
The client processes the operator's OAuth access and refresh credentials, the local video and metadata chosen for upload, the uploaded YouTube video identifier, delivery status, timestamps and technical error information needed to prevent duplicate uploads and diagnose failures.
The client does not retrieve or store YouTube watch history, search history, subscriptions, subscriber lists, comments, analytics, audience data or advertising data. It does not sell, rent or share OAuth credentials or YouTube API data with third parties.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed only to perform uploads requested by the operator, maintain upload integrity, prevent duplicate delivery, secure the account and troubleshoot publishing failures. The operator grants consent through Google's OAuth authorization flow and may withdraw that consent at any time.
5. Storage, security and retention
OAuth credentials and delivery records are stored on a restricted server controlled by the operator. Access is limited to the publishing process and administrator account. Credentials are not embedded in public pages or video files.
OAuth credentials are retained only while authorization remains active and the publishing tool is in use. Minimal delivery records may be retained for operational history. Any YouTube API data that is not needed for an active authorized purpose is deleted or refreshed within 30 calendar days. Revoked or invalid credentials are deleted promptly.
6. Revoking access and deleting data
The operator can revoke Agnes Studio Publisher's access at any time through Google's security permissions page. Revocation stops future API access.
To request deletion of locally stored credentials or upload records, email xzxyjszuqiu@gmail.com. Verified requests will be completed as soon as practicable and no later than 30 days. The operator can also delete uploaded videos directly in YouTube Studio.
7. Disclosure and transfers
Information is transmitted to Google and YouTube only as required to provide the requested upload. No information is sold or disclosed for advertising. Service infrastructure may process data across jurisdictions according to the applicable provider terms and privacy policies.
8. Children
This internal publishing client is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
