Terms of Use

These terms govern the private use of Agnes Studio Publisher by its operator.

1. Service description

Agnes Studio Publisher is an internal software client used by FengZhengFang to upload operator-owned video content and metadata to the operator's own YouTube channel. The client is not a public service and no license or access is offered to third parties.

2. YouTube terms

By using functionality provided through YouTube API Services, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube Developer Policies and applicable Google policies.

3. Authorized use

The client may be used only to upload content that the operator owns or is authorized to publish. Before uploading, the operator must confirm that the content complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines, applicable copyright law, privacy and publicity rights, and all other applicable laws and platform rules.

4. Prohibited use

The client must not be used to bypass YouTube restrictions, misrepresent identity or ownership, upload unlawful or infringing content, access another person's account, automate abusive behavior, conceal API usage or interfere with YouTube API Services.

5. Authorization and security

The operator is responsible for protecting Google account credentials, OAuth tokens and server access. Authorization may be revoked at any time through Google's security permissions page.

6. Availability and changes

The client is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change or stop in response to YouTube API changes, security requirements or policy updates.

7. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Agnes Studio Publisher Privacy Policy and is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
